Q: Which items qualify for points reward?

When you purchase the following products within the TEL-U App, we will reward you with a 10% reward after your payment is completed. 

 

Eligible products for points reward include eSIM, network plans, international numbers, and porting services.

 

Q: What payment methods qualify for points reward?

Points reward is applicable only for payments made with legal currency, such as credit cards, Apple Pay payments and convenience store barcode payments.

 

Payment methods that do not qualify include using TEL-U points as payments.

 

Q: How are points reward calculated?

Points reward is calculated based on the actual payment amount, minus any discount code deductions, as the reward baseline. For example, if you purchase an eSIM worth NT$300 and use a NT$30 discount code, resulting in an actual payment of NT$270, you will receive a 10% reward, which equals 270 * 10% = 27 TEL-U points credited to your account.

 

Q: How can TEL-U points be used?

TEL-U points can be used to pay for your entire order, call charges, and text message fees.

 

※ Important Notes ※

 1.The validity period of points depends on the time of issuance. Points earned in the first half of the year (from Jan 1^st to June 30th) will expire at the end of the same year, while points earned in the second half of the year (from July 1st to December 31st) will expire at the end of the following year in June.

2.Shipping fees are not included in the reward calculation.

3.Points reward is based on the actual payment amount and does not apply to amounts paid with points or discounts from discount coupon.

4.After payment is completed, points will be automatically credited to your account. TEL-U points is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.

5.In case of a refund, any awarded points will be revoked. Unrecoverable points will be deducted from the refund amount before returning.

6.In case of fraudulent transactions (such as fraudulent payments, malicious order splitting), returns, billing disputes, or identity theft during participation in the promotion, the company reserves the right to cancel the promotion eligibility, exclude participation in the promotion, suspend the account, and recover all points obtained through the promotion.
