As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service and the most attractive promotions, we have consistently worked to meet your expectations. However, due to adjustments in our business strategy, we regret to inform you that we must temporarily suspend our referral rewards feature.

Please be assured that the discontinuation of the referral rewards feature will not impact any other functionalities within TEL-U APP. As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, we will provide compensation in the form of NT$100 worth of "TEL-U 100 points" before January 22, 2024 (UTC+8). These TEL-U points can be used to purchase any items available within the app and will remain valid until December 31, 2024 (UTC+8).

 

We want to emphasize that existing rewards can still be enjoyed until the referral rewards feature is suspended. The final reward calculation will be completed by January 10, 2024 (UTC+8). The last option to convert your points into USDT will be available from January 10 to January 12, 2024 (UTC+8). If you fail to apply for this conversion within the given timeframe, all rewards will no longer be eligible for conversion into USDT and can only be used for in-app purchases.
