Attention:

1. eSIM installation and download require an internet connection.

2. Once the eSIM QR code is scanned and installed, it cannot be scanned again. Do not attempt to uninstall it on your own.

 

 

For iPhone

[Method 1: Installing with a QR code]

 

1.Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
2.Scan the code and follow the steps to set up your eSIM.
3.Accept the terms and conditions.

⚠️ Once this is done, you will have successfully installed your eSIM, but you’ll need to activate data roaming when you arrive at your destination.

4.Tap Next and follow the configuration steps to get your eSIM installed.

 

For iPhone

[Method 2: Installing manually]

 

1.Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
2.Scroll down and select Enter Details Manually.
3.Copy the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from the purchase confirmation email (no need to enter the Confirmation Code)
4.Tap Next and follow the configuration steps to get your eSIM installed.

 

For Google Pixel
[Method 1: Installing with a QR code]

1.Go to Operator
Go to Settings > Networking & Internet > Advanced Mobile Operators

2.Add new operator
Click on “More” and “Add operator”

3.Scan the QR code
Your Google Pixel camera will activate automatically

4.Download and install the eSIM
After scanning the eSIM, you will be able to download and install the eSIM with the data plan


For Google Pixel
[Method 2: Installing eSIM via activation code]

 

It is also possible to add an eSIM to your phone using an activation code provided by your operator. In this case, follow the guide to step 2, but instead of scanning the QR code press “Use Activation Code”. Then just enter the code from your provider to start downloading the eSIM. 

1.Go to Operator
Go to Settings > Networking & Internet > Advanced Mobile Operators

2.Add new operator
Click on “More” and “Add operator”

3.press “Use Activation Code”
Enter the activation code

4.Download and install the eSIM
After entering the activation code, you will be able to download and install the eSIM with the data plan
